#Mysterium prompt 1: Autumnal Arboretum. I haven’t finished the piece I’ve been working on for this prompt, but ents never do anything that isn’t worth taking a long time to do.

A tree person whose leaves are autumn colors.

drawin' more stuff

A pencil drawing of a hare surrounded by a coiled snake. An arrow pierces the head of the snake, which begins to unravel. The hare has dodged both the arrow and the foils and fangs of the snake.

Even though Vrchat Official's response still seemed to take a fence-sitting stance, as many companies do, they seem to be more transparent about how they view/use AI on their platform, and open to further user discussion. As to whether anything will come of it, we'll have to see where it goes.

I'd really like to see more pushback against these folks in SL, but to even name and shame can get you banned. So maybe we need to more aggressively target LindenLabs to do something about it. They seem to want to let their platform fall to ruin, and it's making me rethink creating for SL at all.

It makes me both sad & hopeful that #vrchat users are in an uproar over the AI plague taking over their platform. Whereas if you so much as make a stink about it in #SecondLife you'll be met with shoulder shrugs & child-like tantrums among a larger portion of the userbase than I'm comfortable with.

WELL NOW, would you look at that? A massive, 4-YEAR-LONG study of NEARLY 30 MILLION people in France found that individuals who received a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine had a 74% LOWER risk of death from severe COVID-19 compared to unvaccinated individuals and ZERO increased risk of all-cause mortality.

#VRChat is overrun by AI slop and the devs don't care. #SecondLife is overrun with AI slop and the devs don't care. It's so sad to see these unique metaverses being tainted by people who don't respect the very real & human creativity that went into propping up these platforms in the first place.
