Last time (couple of years ago) we travelled from the ferry port at Ijmuiden in the Netherlands with the kids the bus travel was free to/from the rail station where we switched to the Interrail ticketing. Is the bus travel still free and if so until what age?

Why are in place upgrades for Raspberry Pi OS not possible? Other Linux distributions that it's based on do support it. Make it a pain for things like kids using the Pi500 as their computer.

@tmcw I reckon technology has hit a bit of a plateau where the hardware is now powerful enough for most everyday uses assuming the software is kept lean. As long as we don't bloat the software, don't need to get more powerful hardware in the main.

I would really like to see a University start a LMS (Learning Management System) that is Free, that other colleges can use and contribute to, that we could all self-host. "Eat your own dog food" is the idea to actually USE the software you develop, and NO LMS I've used felt like they were doing so.

Been out swimming at the local high school. Surprised one of the life guards by being able to swim the whole 20 metres under water with a single breathe. Can't do it every time though slowly getting more of them in each swim session.
