We spend a lot of time with our Admin partners, sometimes more than w/ our own families. We even start dressing alike! 💙 It’s a role that can be isolating, so a connection w/ your team is incredibly important. Proud of my VP Sonja in her 1st yr in the role. Steep learning curve & she is rocking it!

Supporting students is too complex for any one person. I’m so grateful to have an amazing team - teachers, EAs, Admin partners, custodians, office staff. Great example today after a student did the announcements on the PA, I overheard a secretary tell her, “Good work!”. We all have a role to play!
