All housing should be guaranteed. Nobody should have a second or fifth home until everyone has their first place. We need to eminent domain every single unit of housing (house, apartment, condo, etc) until everyone is off the street.

No society that allows even one person to sleep, starve, overheat, or freeze to death on the streets can ever call itself civilized.
