Back to Japan after 20 years (now with mobile internet and a smartphone) to blind-taste and evaluate hundreds of beers from all over the world alongside international colleagues, and to help decide which beers earn gold, silver, and bronze this year.

Over the years, it has brought together renowned names from the global beer scene to evaluate beers from around the world — and now I get to be part of it. As a brewmaster and international beer judge, this recognition means a lot to me: heading overseas to a competition for the first time.

Of course there are jobs for brewers, but often not attractive at all - low pay, manual labor, shift work and the most important thing: super boring in middle of nowhere places without proper nature or big city lights :) spending work time most be fulfilling

As I am looking for work ("back to producing great beer, together with great people, getting a fair income"), I must say it seems the job market for brewers is empty across Europe. wonder if the same goes for US/CA, as I heard Brazil, West and East Asia, and the Pacific regions are still bumping?
