We started a truncated 4 week couch to 5k program for beginners yesterday! Yesterday was “just do a gentle walk or jog for 15 minutes” Today was 1 mile, done with 1 minute of jogging followed by 2 minutes of walking. Done!

Do the kids today know that youtube used not to play ads at the start of videos? There was a whole prank playing subculture around disguising the link to Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up (1987)” such that an unsuspecting user would click the link and then immediately hear the iconic drums!
