(2/2) Key takeaways: ✅ Total bans drove a 12.4% decrease in soda purchases. ✅ Partial bans had a more modest effect, as SNAP recipients shifted to other permitted sugary drinks. ✅ Excluding all sugary drinks nationally ➡️ ~$1.1B a year in benefits, mostly from lower health care costs.
