Just looking at the cost of the train ticket I'll use next week for a trip from Clacton to the Kent Coast via Stratford International and Hish Speed 1. 2hrs 50. £45 with railcard for a 1 month off peak return, no other restrictions. That's not a bad price for 2 operators & HS1

I have a Morrisons grocery order booked for 2 hours from now. Apparently it will be delivered "in full". Last time, a week ago, I got the same message. Then "full" meant 1 undeclared substitution and 3 very short date fresh items. I think I'll be checking the fresh items carefully today!

Heads up if you use an international supplier for HRT, pet meds etc from anywhere on the planet. The USians are about to panic buy (again). That means pharmacy stocks will likely run out real soon for the rest of us. The cut-off is October 22.

In my main book series I have 2 characters named Emily. As they never meet and have completely different environments that isn't a problem. Until both get mentioned in the same scene in regard to the same location .... My proofreader threw that back at me! Rewrite needed!
