I took this pic of the Stena Britannica yesterday morning just after 9 as she sailed from Harwich to Hoek van Holland. Felixstowe is in the background. It has to be my favourite photo of the year so far.

My chicken stew is now in the slow cooker, with 6 different vegetables (all fresh): Swede, parsnip, carrots, onion, leek & potatoes. Plus sliced field mushrooms, barley & lentils. I think I tick the '5 a day' box? Maybe eating today but Sat/Sun more likely.

Heads up if you use an international supplier for HRT, pet meds etc from anywhere on the planet. The USians are about to panic buy (again). That means pharmacy stocks will likely run out real soon for the rest of us. The cut-off is October 22.

If any significant findings are identified, please re-refer your patient with details of this.
While there is lack of data on the impact of gender affirming oestrogen treatment on breast cancer risk in transgender patients, there is an increased risk of breast cancer in this cohort. However, an increased risk of breast cancer should not preclude access to gender affirming hormones.
Trans women typically take oestrogen to achieve levels in pubertal female range for the duration of their lives. It could be considered to dose at this level for a certain time frame, and then reduce to a
maintenance dose. This should be a patient centred discussion, with consideration of the balance between increased cancer risk and the risk of gender dysphoria, harassment, and mental health implications.

I found 37254 and the weekly track inspection train at Clacton last night after it had earlier passed me at Colchester North. I didn't catch the number of the 37 on the other end.
