Estrogen (and weight loss) is a hell of a drug. Me in November 2025, versus me in August 2026.

Overweight male presenting individual, large unruly beard and mustache, black-red color. Some straight hair on sides of head but very little on top and front. Frowning, puffy face, and dead look in eyes.

Smiling with hands out in excited pose, as if talking to viewer. In front of plate of Japanese curry, with ramune drink. Much longer, curly hair, no facial hair, no unibrow. Face is slimmer but still with prominent cheeks. Wearing makeup and lipstick. Pretty good for 2nd time wearing makeup. Wearing cute Irish cap as well. Has jewelry. Out in public, confident and happy. A little under 7 months HRT/transition, first time out in public presenting.

1 year since I started Zepbound (down 125 pounds!) 9 months since my egg cracked 7 months since starting HRT I know it’s cliche, but when I look in the mirror, I’ve started to finally see *me* looking back—and she’s happy (more or less)! Ok, enough being sappy, lol. Time to get back to work.

Rough day for brain, but on the plus side, my first dress just arrived! I’ve now got every part - from shoes to hat - for my first planned outfit! I’ll post pictures whenever I can get around to wearing it (probably next week at this rate) - for some of you, it’ll be a bit of a surprise how I look!
