I wish we were as excited about talking about cabinet nominees as we are the presidency because I don’t see Gavin as Californian president but as the Health Secretary who reverses all the insanity around safe food in the FDA from the state where the majority of the country’s ag is based.

Discussion well worth listening to. These two have been totally in the trenches and details of health care reform for at least a decade. As AES points out adding kids would be an existential and material relief to families and cost little. Most kids are incredibly healthy and a few are vey sick.

Spent $78 on one (1) bag of groceries today, standard brown paper bag, no meat, no oil or big-ticket items—just bread, milk, cheese, eggs, produce, pasta. Went through the store with a hand basket to prevent buying too much, just got essentials. Still, I was carrying more stuff than other shoppers

I sincerely believe this is a hoax where companies with fake, non-functioning "AI" but a lot of market power want to create limits on AI research as a market barrier to entry, so they don't have to deal with competitors
