Update on my family member who was taken by ICE on Tuesday here in Portland, Oregon. They smashed his window and roughed him up a bit, but he is mostly ok. His daughters, one of whom is studying to be a doctor, were able to visit him. He is worried about his family.

Thank you. I am sorry it is happening to anyone. For me, the worst part is how terrified we are about what happens to him now. If were simply deported back Mexico, of course that would be sad; he had 5 birth right kids, but at least he has family there and would be safe. Now? We just don't know.
