The SD card on the Raspberry Pi used for our Homebridge instance died, so I used it as an opportunity to switch over to Home Assistant. It definitely requires more setup to HomeKit-it everything, and the camera ecosystem isn’t as robust, but the customization seems unparalleled.

Guys! I found some genuinely good news in the September household survey! Unemployment didn't go down, but its mix improved. * Fewer unemployed due to permanent layoff (lowest share since January 2023) * More due to labor market re-entry (highest since June 2022)
