We met when I lived in Harlem and he was up from Florida visiting his mom during Fall 2019. We made it official in May 2020, I moved to Philly for grad school that summer and he moved to DC for work. We took advantage of Covid-era Amtrak prices, remote work/school and FaceTime everyday for 2 years.
