coining it: 'aspirational evil' I think he's conceptualising the competence of evil here in terms of the capability to inflict impact on the world, which is one of the most impoverished definitions of competence I've ever encountered. If you don't care about law and regulation then this is easy.

Mind blown. Just discovered that Tim Simenon worked uncredited on Adamski's 'Killer' and an early version of Seal's 'Crazy'. 'Into the Dragon' was the first record I ever owned. 'Killer' was the first single, and 'Seal' the first album, that I bought with my own money - because I loved 'Crazy'. WTF
