Honestly? For me one of the worst things Ed Sheeran has suggested throughout this is that children can't be involved in political discussion. My mum wasn't *hugely* politically savvy, but she believed everyone should engage with politics and I was always aware of stuff going on (wars, protest etc.)

Tuesday past I saw my doctor for a check of my medications & supplements. He discontinued one medicine then asked questions about my eating. That produced a printed diet which he recommended, a 'longevity' diet to replace mine. When does longevity kick in? I'm 94.

I miss my mom a lot today. The 5th was my parent's wedding anniversary. It would have been 56 years. Every time I consciously grieve her I think that there's never going to be enough time to have with a good parent. Ever. 75 felt too young for her to go.
