Today is Orange Shirt Day, the day we honor indigenous children who were abducted into residential schools. I follow a ton of indigenous creators and yet the content Insta chooses to push today is white Europeans appropriating sacred indigenous tattoos (tavluġun), a closed practice not for us yts.
