they won’t do anything to counteract the bad luck, that’s what drives me insane. They won’t buy anyone out, they won’t trade a DP to open up a spot because there isn’t a budget to bring in a new DP. They’ve stockpiled a ton of GAM that they’re going to trade for a marginal improvement.
