Why is Nigel Farage back on air? Ofcom bans politicians from presenting news programmes, but GB News claims Farage's show is just 'current affairs' despite him using it to defend Reform's £72m in donations. Close the loophole now.

Very disturbing that a political party has moved from saying that there should be no penalty for encouragement to violence, to calling for reduced penalties for literally blowing things up. A party manifestly not fit for political office.

Unaffordable rents. Spiralling bills. Not enough council homes. People need bold change on housing, not more of the same.
Headline reads: “It’s time to get housing costs under control.”
Quote from Zack Polanski, Leader of the Green Party:
“The Prime Minister promises he won’t ‘back away from difficult issues’ at the Labour Party Conference, but he has little to offer people who are struggling with unaffordable housing and spiralling bills.
“While Labour pats itself on the back in Liverpool, I’ve been knocking on hundreds of doors in Holborn and St Pancras. People want to see bold change, not more of the same - and that’s why we’re calling for rent controls and 150,000 new social and council homes every year.”

For those unfamiliar with the terms, despite agreeing with a lot Marxist Feminists they allow their politics to miss the point. Men are born cursed by mama nature to an ardent sexual desire. It was inevitable that patriarchy took that curse and blamed the woman for inciting their attraction.

I can see an apparent difference in the severity of the crime but I’m not sure that the location of the crime does not account for those differences. The individuals who attacked the protestor at the conference could not have known they were going to find themselves in an assault. Intent counts

Every year, HMRC, by its own estimates, fails to collect 46.8 billion of tax. See webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ukgwa/202606... How about hiring more people to retrieve this avoided tax before suggesting funding defence by cutting welfare to the poorest and most vulnerable? Just saying.

Donald Trump wants more drilling in the North Sea for oil and gas. The government must not bow to his demands.
Quote graphic from Green Party Deputy Leader Rachel Millward, with an offshore oil platform in the background. Headline reads: “DON’T BOW TO TRUMP ON NORTH SEA OIL.” Full quote:

“This meeting is a true test for Andy Burnham’s ability to stand up to Trump and whether he can stand up for our children’s right to inherit a safe, habitable planet. If he chooses to side with Donald Trump and back Big Oil, he isn't facing up to the seriousness of our climate crisis.

“The prime minister should show President Trump that the UK will not bow to pressure for new oil and gas drilling in the North Sea. He needs to make clear that a safe, secure and prosperous future for the global environment and economy can only be achieved through an urgent move to clean energy.”
