This is Storm. He had a terrible life before being rescued. He has been in foster with me for 3 years. Yesterday his body failed him and we had to set him free. My heart is aching so much. I loved him dearly. Sleep gently, darling one. I miss you 💔

Red foxes help to control populations of their prey animals, such as rodents and rabbits. They also disperse seeds by eating fruit. In some areas where foxes had been killed off, rodents increased so much that farmers brought in other foxes. Please be kind. #StopEnglandsFoxHunt #AnimalLove

This is my latest foster, all 2kgs of him. His name is Noodle, four weeks or so old, and he’s here until he’s had all his puppy vaccs and is safe to be adopted. He’s contemplating whether to go for the boot laces, the trouser legs or Tequila’s tail (Tequila is one of my dogs).

This is a small cream and caramel puppy sitting on tiles and looking very thoughtful.

One of my daily delights on here is the wolf images and posts. When my fifth birthday was close my mother asked if there was anything special I would like. ‘A wolf,’ I said. Mum explained, gently, that there weren’t any wolves in Australia, and if we imported one he would be too hot and so lonely.
