I know this isn't specifically a ticket office issue, but last time I used Bank station my valid paper ticket didn't work on my way out and I was stuck there at the barrier for 10 mins cos there was no one about to let me through the gates. Stations need staff at all times.

when movies get deleted for tax reasons, they should legally become public domain. people should be allowed to upload it anywhere they want. that's the tradeoff you make if you wanna delete your own movie released this year for a few extra bucks, and i think it's fair
