Trump is either unwilling or unable (or maybe both) to answer the questions he's actually asked, so he just rants and raves while the interviewers do their best to provide structure to his random brain firings

The deranged president is at it again: Trump doesn’t have constitutional authority to rewrite a state’s constitution by executive order. To actually change the state’s name, NEW MEXICO, would have to go through its constitutional amendment process, involving the state government and voters.

TRUMP CANNOT REPLACE GRAHAM…. I did research. the responsibility for filling that vacancy temporarily falls to the state’s governor—not the president. A special election is then held to allow voters to choose a senator to serve the remainder of the term.
