I was in the hall yesterday morning, and the only person who mentioned Keir Starmer was Bridget Phillipson, she seemed so fierce in her thanks of him. I spoke to her later in the day, and told her how much I appreciated what she’d said, she looked genuinely moved and thanked me for telling her.

He should have known this already though! Our town also has buses of farm workers coming to the supermarket on Saturday, it’s normal for us. They don’t cause any issues, though I am beginning to worry about their safety with the rhetoric we are seeing directed towards foreign nationals nowadays 😞

I'm no fan of Burnham particularly because of the way he plotted to oust Starmer. I want him to succeed but I'd feel slightly better towards him if he acknowledged the work done by Starmer and his cabinet, particularly Reeves. He hasn't just won a GE and put in 2 years of hard graft they did.
