As someone who played the game at launch it is garbage from the ground up but the worst part has to be the writing. Dogshit dialogue on par with borderlands. People can bemoan the kickstarter character section but it’s none the more jarring and eye rolling than the central characters.

The Medic from TF2 gawks in horror at Heavy (from TF2), who is leering at him over his shoulder with contempt. Heavy's eyes are obscured in shadow.

"you mean nothing to me now." declares Heavy, "nothing" emboldened and underlined for emphasis.

Medic's face contorts with despair, as evidenced by a gmod face slider menu being seen at the bottom, with a phoneme preset set to "despair", maxed out to 10 (the natural range is supposed to be -1 to 0 to 1). The model for Medic's upper and lower jaws are clipping though his actual face, highlighting his anguish.
