The biggest complaint I see aside from AI from people who like synthwave is that they don’t like the gatekeeping older people who get butthurt if someone likes The Midnight lol

It’s more that he synthwave scene has too many gatekeepers not being checked when they say dumb things that drive away younger fans. Here in Kansas City Missouri, we have a Goodwill Bin outlet that has tons of children's books. My friends and I buy a few every time we go to donate. Every day there are TONS of children's books, so if you're in #KCMO or any surrounding areas, pop in and snag some (check for graffiti first though)
