Broke down and picked up a thing of Zyn pouches. I won't say they're a total game-changer, but they're better than nothing. Not as gross as chaw (no spitting is a plus!), my lungs are happier without inhaling smoke or vapor. Doesn't give the same rush as smoking, but I can deal.
