Acrobat's AI offered to summarise my hand-written "Colour in a Goblin" sheet Cracking stuff lads, keep up the good work. Worth it

Colour-and-draw outline of a goblin that we bashed together for Questival last weekend. Next to it are some hand-written notes:

"THIS GOBLIN'S NAME IS ____________
AND THEY DREAM OF ___________

Win fabulous prizes!
- Finish the drawing
- Colour it in if you want
- Bring it to the RRD stall
- Win a free one-page roleplaying game!

(We have felt tip pens and that, come say hello)

Generative summary of the note which says it discusses the importance of flexible approaches, reference frameworks and adaptability in managing change and fostering growth. Which it doesn't. It's a series of instructions on how to colour in a fucking goblin

Gemelli has played a lot of Hollows. More than me, that’s for sure. So that’s why you should have a bash on his thorough (and, admittedly, glowing) review of our game:

Sometimes things veer into record-keeping, breaking out rulers and cone templates. Sometimes you just don't feel the sense of danger right out of the gate.
Enter the Hollows grid system, which wrestles these problems to the ground and makes them squeal:

Sexy Battle Wizards at @rolisboa.bsky.social. Managed to have the lad in the blue jacket put lipgloss on me twice, once when I was choking him a bit and playing a terracotta warrior, and once on my knees playing a sexy librarian, so I’m counting that as a successful performance

Me behind a microphone. I’m wearing a grey shirt and a vest with a star on it and have a sweep of greying brown hair

Two of my players. One is in a long black wig, the other in a silky blue jacket and a shirt that’s quite rakish

My two other players. The one looking at the camera is mid lipgloss application (LOT of lipgloss going around tonight) and has fox ears and flowers in her hair. The other is wearing a four-foot pink wig and looking away

The audience, who maybe weren’t expecting things to get quite so erotic, but they seemed to enjoy it once they let their hair down

We're putting together a team for HEARTSONG 2, a new collection of community content for Heart: the City Beneath. If you've got something up your sleeve for everyone's favourite Red Wet Heaven, join our Discord and get involved: discord.gg/34F9gSy8C Here's some excerpts from the first one:

Cover for Heartsong 1 - an Angel, but a Heart Angel, so it looks like something Elden Ring has nightmares about

Screenshot of a spread from Heartsong 1 - Weapons of Renown. I love a Weapon of Renown, me. Part of me wonders why I bother writing ones without

Landmark breakdown for GALLIA, a place tied into the Xanthous Class from earlier in the book. They have a really cool Zenith ability where they're so unfathomably angry when they're alive their body becomes a series of weapons when they die. You can shoot their fingerbones like bullets! It's good stuff.

Back in 2023 I first heard the pitch for Hollows, an RPG where you enter the personal hells of other people and destroy the monsters within, knowing that eventually you will end up becoming one of these monsters yourself. Today I finished running players through the personal hell of a PC they knew.

reading this made me cry. i'm normal!!! labour protections are a beautiful act of human love & care!!!!! the establishment of any union is a boon for future unions. companies that can unionise doing so of their own volition helps set precedent & pressure for future efforts outside of themselves 🖤

What differs in RRD’s case is the issue that precipitated this push: there was none. Lithgow told Rascal that this is a proactive measure to preserve what she and her coworkers feel is a charmed, healthy environment from future spoilage. “As a whole, we’re a progressive team with a unified belief in strong workers rights,” she said. “We already had some amazing benefits in our contracts, such as flexible working hours, an Employee Assistance Programs that provides free confidential counselling, and even allowance for taking protest leave days! Establishing our union was done with the mentality of ‘fix the roof while it’s sunny’.”

She continued by saying that it’s “tragic” when workers only think to organize in response to abuse or malfeasance from leadership, conditions that make the long, complex process of unionization all the more difficult. She believes this pattern perpetuates the “ugly stereotype” that unions are “a negative reaction to poor working conditions, instead of a positive and preventative act of worker solidarity.”
