Kicking someone off of their insurance because they don't make claims is insane. Insurance companies would bend over backwards to keep customers who don't make claims, and health insurance customers who haven't made a claim have just been lucky.

... and can't do when it controls federal government agencies. "Norms" have no enforcement mechanism. Wagging your finger at a Department Secretary who breaks a "norm" when they are called in front of you to testify doesn't do anything. If someone breaks a law, they need to be prosecuted.

If I hear another person talk about "norms" being broken, I'm going to scream. If we have learned anything since 2017, it's that "norms" aren't worth the paper they're not written down on. Congress should have gotten off their asses in 2021 and made LAWS governing what the administration can...
