A strange man is leaving comments and trying to DM me on TikTok about what a beautiful lady I am. At first I assumed scammer bot, but his page looks legit. So he's just... incredibly creepy and also completely incapable of recognizing context cues surrounding sexuality and gender.

Verdict: absolutely incredible. I added lemon to the apples and very little sugar, so that they'd be extra tart and balance out the sweetness. Pairing the apple slices with the soft roll texture instead of pie crust somehow changes the experience entirely.

I am making a gods damned apple pie/cinnamon roll abomination for dessert. It doesn't photograph well, but it's essentially a cake sized cinnamon roll with two pounds of spiced apple slices in the center. Once it cools a little, cream cheese icing.

Well, would you look at that! The owner of the Last Ditch bar is saying that the accusations against Noire in that Boston Globe article weren't true. He never called for the bar to be "firebombed." The clear purpose of the hit piece was to cause problems for queer and disabled people.

Tumblr post from lastditchbar: Our community should expect more details in the future. Today we need to address the safety of the community itself. Stop harassing Soe Noire. It is neither productive, progressive, nor valiant to attack and harass a black patron. He has been a collaborator and performer of Last Ditch for a while, and he deserves to speak his mind about accountability and repair from the bar. There are so many misconceptions due to the disorganization of the Globe's article. He did not call for a shutdown, nor did he call for the bar to be firebombed. Further, he did not disparage the owner for being homeless. As a result of this abysmal journalism, Soe has been getting additional threats, slurs, and harassment, and he is being reported to the police over something he did not do. This is not supporting us at Last Ditch, and it is at its core, anti-blackness hysteria.

The thing about bears is I can actually tell which ones are dangerous by looking at them and this isn't the case with men. I know a black bear is very unlikely to even bother me and is timid, having chased one out of my house with my 8lbs cat. I can never be sure of threat level with a man.

I would like to stop feeling like I'm actually dying. Being able to breathe and stand without it feeling like my ribcage and pelvis are collapsing and crushing my spine would also be good. The fact that I'm as athletic as I am and yet the hEDS still causes me pain confuses doctors absurdly often.

When I taught at an all-boys prep school, we'd do an activity where I had them list every sexual term they could think of. They'd often laugh, as many were absurd things meant for Urban Dictionary. We'd then go through how many terms were violent (~85%) and how many were male-dominant (~90%).
