i don't know who needs to hear this but actively spending time disecting things in your head and needing to calm your thoughts down by having to repeatedly reassure yourself is a compulsion and it is an OCD symptom, not a healthy coping mechanism or just regular anxiety

How to make a cool and durable pin display: 1) get a frame (I had one I ripped out the corkboard from) 2) grab some cheap denim that's no longer used/wearable (or thrift) 3) cut to size. I used the ass of the pants because it looks cool and is double thick (pockets) 4) sew/glue. Glue worked for me!
