This is my neighbor across the street who just had 4 healthy trees removed (you can only see two stumps here I think) because they are living in the house to flip it think that it'll improve the value. You can see the gorgeous trees up and down the street at the other houses.

Third Reality just released a 100w equivalent zigbee bulb and I'm stoked. Soon all of my lights will be zigbee and the 2.4 ghz congestion will be a thing of the past for most of my automations.

I almost missed A Day With Dad at my 7th grader's school thanks to ADHD. Luckily the school is very understanding and overlooked the fact that I missed the sign up deadline and let me in anyway. My kid thought I couldn't come and was both confused and excited when I walked into class.

Found an old ASUS G20 in the garage and after looking up how to take it apart discovered it had the exact RAM I've been pricing to upgrade my mini-server (2x 8GB SODIMM) and a 1TB SSD. So my little EliteDesk 705 got its RAM double and SDD more than tripled without any cost to me!

Sometime next week I'm replacing my aging Nest Thermostat and all it's reliance on Google's Cloud with a Honeywell T6 Pro with ZWave connectivity. After that it'll be a quest to replace the Google Home smart speakers. That's a much more difficult prospect but it should be kinda fun.

Suing would be a bad idea, both legally and from a PR standpoint. It would draw more attention, string out the entire thing, inspire more misuse by the White House, the ultimate recovery in court would be minimal, and it's unlikely they'd be able to obtain injunctive relief.
