Maybe we should just let the writers write their show, eh?

I'm not usually a huge reader... but I've bought 3 books over the last month 😮

Remember that one time SE took the city from their Rapture tech demo and put it in #FFXIV? That was pretty fucking awesome.

what do you MEAN the developers of Cookie's Bustle contacted every person who registered their copy by mail 25 years ago and invited them to a secret Cookie's Bustle party with live music and merch???

Happy Anniversary to #FFXIV which celebrated it's 16th anniversary yesterday! Crazy to think that our podcast is even older than that! Thanks for sticking with us all these years!

Missed it yesterday because I've been so busy, but happy 16th birthday to #FFXIV. 1.0 counts. Forever and always.

I heard #Aion2 was out in early access and went to go take a look at the Steam page. Suddenly my interest in it has plummeted.

Going to assume I shouldn't be able to see this in my Twitch Drops & Rewards lol

I saw this and was like oh god, it's gonna be a pain in the ass huh? ... beat it on my first try. I give the biggest of shrugs.

Look, we all know what I thought of Dawntrail- and that lots of others shared that sentiment. But damn if this little bit of MSQ didn't hype me the heck up. I'm so excited about all the little morsels we got here! The lore, the music... I need a time machine to take me to January!

I was worried the moment I got the announcement assets for XIV mobile. We're already seeing one mobile feature coming to Evercold. I wonder if we'll get anything else. RIP to yet another mobile game.

We know things have been quiet since our last episode, but don't worry we're still here! New video dropping in early access for Patreon later this week!

I was on twitter for a few minutes to post something onto another account and I made the mistake of scrolling for a moment. I got fed multiple posts from shitty people proving that they're still shitty, and a literal image showing me different types of erectile dysfunction. Sheesh.

I fucking hate everything about tech these days, man. These companies don't give a shit about anyone.

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Came out of Avengers Endgame Encore incredibly underwhelmed after it felt like they stole a post credit scene from Brand New Day, and then leaned that you don't even get all the extra scenes unless you see it on IMAX or Infinity Vision screens. What an absolute fucking scam. Im so pissed.

FF7 scenarios with pre-rendered backgrounds were always a mystery to me during childhood; but even to this day it's still something that amazes me. Now you can inspect every single Final Fantasy VII stage, including the 3D path + variations. #FF7 #FinalFantasy #FFVII #PS1 #PSX #RetroGame

Wizardry Daphne's Final Fantasy XI collaboration has Castle Zvahl as dungeon, full of demons. They're higher polygons than the FFXI models and designs, but I still like how the former has that Miyazaki Nausicaa level of detail.

He should write it on the inside of that stupid jacket he keeps wearing.

The time is nearly perfect for a movie about the famously chaotic and dramatic 1976 production of Star Wars, starring Ewan McGregor as Alec Guinness and Hayden Christiansen as David Prowse.

Ewan McGregor looking a lot like Alec Guinness

Hayden CHristiansen looking a lot like Dave Prowse

If Ishikawa really was writing #FFXIV Evercold, I'm surprised there wasn't an entire slide saying so during one of the Fan Fests we've had so far. That'd be bigger news than the FF7 raid tbh.

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

No Adobe I would not like to use your AI shit. Please stop asking me every single time I open your app.

020

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Insane that they renamed 343 to Halo Studios, released one remastered game using AI bullshittery, and now Activision is making the next Halo game. What a fucking mess over at Microsoft.

021

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

It continues to blow my mind how much the little pop ups in Adobe software telling you about it's AI is bogging down the entire fucking thing. I'd ask who designed it so poorly, but we know the answer is no one.

020

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Wow, didn't have Destiny coming back on my bingo card.

000

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

That said, all the "this is happening alongside RE2" talk to hype up the film was super dumb. There is zero way this is in the universe of the game. It's an adaptation and 100% its own, separate thing.

000

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

I'd give Resident Evil a solid 8/10. Biggest gripe was how the virus worked. Watching the main character kind of felt like watching somebody play the games for the first time. Good blend of horror and comedy. This is definitely not a serious movie.

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

One of these days I'm gonna have time to play this new stuff... hopefully people are still doing all this stuff by then XD

010

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

Big same. "Are you coming back?" got me way harder than it should have.

Fusionx @rofldrg.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

Goodsmile has been putting out some nice looking figures for Final Fantasy. Noctis, Lightning, Fran, Yuna... Notice anything missing? www.goodsmile.com/en/search?se... At least #FFXIV is getting nendoroids, but they're completely skipping over #FFXI here. That really sucks to see.

Adobe rolled out some updates and now things are giving me more AI pop ups and not working right. I'm shocked. Shocked I say.
