So the nonprofit I have worked with for years has decided to go back doing “mingler” type fundraisers where they want to pack the room with potential new donors. No one will be masking and most will be middle to older aged. They have also gone back to inperson/hybrid monthly meetings. Sigh…

In BC, kids were thrown back to school with no meaningful protection from airborne viruses+the mask mandate was dropped before <12 yo could get vaccinated with a booster. Caregivers were assured of safety. Those who were harmed should get compensation. There was no alternative for formal education.
