start with something small, 30 seconds (minesweeper), do that a few times, slowly build to 3 minutes (sudoku), then 30 minutes (shortish puzzle game), then with practice you can reach 3 hours (to the moon), every step is harder but more fulfilling than the last... then eventually, 30 hours (celeste)
