Ditch plastic in your tea by choosing plastic-free teabags or, even better, loose tea (tastes better IMHO!) According to pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31552738/ a plastic-based teabag at about 95°C releases approximately 11.6bn microplastic particles and 3.1bn nanoplastic particles into a single cup!
