Table comparing Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) for people with type 2 diabetes and those without. For type 2, CGMs show a modest A1c reduction, help detect low glucose, and may aid treatment changes. For non-diabetics, blood glucose fluctuations are uncertain, potentially leading to misguided diet choices.
