I don’t think people appreciate just how horrific the initial bus crash was too a drunk driver was speeding and plowed straight into a bus, killing two people. it’s almost a parody of how unsafe transportation is in LA, particularly in the valley where almost every street is just a mini highway

Yesterday I took my walk to see where the woman who crossed Gravois on Saturday morning was hit by a car. That pink mark indicates where she was. The police blamed her for walking outside of a crosswalk. So I visited the site and checked on the crosswalk signals.

The City of Ottawa posted the raw speed data from before and after Doug Ford banned speed cameras and the effect is so obvious it's not even necessary put a line marking when that happened. This chart shows the percentage of drivers going 15km/h or more over the posted limit.
