I haven't been active on socials in a while, because my dad recently passed away and I have been having a tremendous hard time. Ever since his cancer diagnosis about half a year ago, nothing has felt right. I pretty much just don't know what do do with myself atm.

Trying to start a healthy habit of doing a morning walk of 5 km at least a few times a week. Mostly to clear my mind, destress and get enough exercise. 🧘‍♀️ I thought I’d share some of the scenery I pass by on the walks.
