Hey hey, this is a call to actual artists. I cannot go buy Copic markers because it would be very silly. I totally believe that they are superior to the sort of alcohol markers a casual person would buy. How are they better? Do they blend better? Last longer? Being refillable is very powerful?

My experience is limited but from discussion with coworkers it’s people who assert that they cannot draw and won’t even try. So i think yes but even more so than what you said.

I’m glad the crayons work for you. I have many coloring books and art supplies that I barely used because I got too wrapped up in needing it to look “right.” This book only works because my niece wanted to “help” early on and broke my “what if it isn’t perfect???” thinking.

It’s part of the nature of alcohol markers. They bleed a lot more but they also won’t tear up a piece of paper like a water-based marker will. I have a coloring book that only has pictures on one side that I use (and the markers still came with a plastic sheet to put under paper.)
