A lot of things people eat that don't make much sense originate from either things so stupid we cannot fathom them, or times of famine. Crops that are edible in some form and either are very hardy or require little upkeep are easy to have around as a backup or supplement to one's diet.

Sometimes if you put live planarians in a screw-on or tupperware type container, they ooze themselves into the sealing mechanism and then get hurt when you try to open it. Thus, I am designing a worm-injury-proof container. Hoping to eventually finance my retirement by selling the patents
