Just tried petrol price feature in Google Maps. You have to search within the app on the word “fuel”. It does seem to do what it says on the tin except I noticed it doesn’t show prices for all of the motorway service stations. I guess they don’t want to be accused of giving people heart attacks.

Me & 2 mates sat in Birch Services on M62 at about 2am, paying homage to the scene with Janine Duvitski where they stop there in The Black Stuff which we were obsessed with. We had a guitar in a case to mimic Kev in the film. At table next to us was The Three Degrees, eating sausage egg and chips.

I had a reminder. I went on the web site 2 weeks ago and inspected my documents to check if would auto renew. No mention of it. The new company I moved to had a slider to choose auto renewal at payment stage, so I turned it off.

Probably the wicked queen in Snow White, but I have no clear memory. Earliest actual memory was this scene, specifically the moment at 1'22", in British film 'Green For Danger'. This film also made me terrified of V1 "doodlebugs", despite me being born 14 years after they stopped being used.

Am guessing but I think for most fans of all other clubs, the most important thing is that there are asterisks or blank spaces in the official records for the years involved.

I guess they don’t care, they want to pay for the experience and to feel a part of something. I’m 67 I should have been to Glastonbury loads of times, I’ve never been once. Partly because I don’t like outdoor gigs, but mainly because I don’t like experiences and prefer to be an outsider. 😉
