Green Party leader @zackpolanski.bsky.social grew up in a pro-Israel household. Then ex-soldiers from Breaking The Silence told him what they had done in the name of the IDF, and his views started to shift. Ask your MP if they’ve met Breaking The Silence. Ask the BBC’s Nick Robinson if he has.

The Booker Family's wealth was built on slavery and indentured labour. So when John Berger won the Booker Prize in 1972, he split the prize money with the British Black Panther movement.

St Helena, California has an outright ban on chain retail. No Starbucks, no formula restaurants, no cookie-cutter brands on Main Street. The town decided a monopoly on charm was worth more than convenience. Would your town be improved by a policy like this?

The BBC has lost its way. A @greenparty.org.uk government would mutualize it, meaning the British public would have a say in governance and editorial strategy, and would allocate a defined fraction of the budget to projects of their choice.

If you join @greenparty.org.uk, you can propose a new policy. If enough members support your motion, it will be debated at conference. If conference votes for it, it becomes Green Party policy. It's not a perfect system but it's democratic, unlike other political parties.
