今日の朝ごはんバターナッツかぼちゃのポタージュ🎃 目玉焼き、ウインナー、ピーマンパン・フロマージュ（滴）二十世紀🍐 冷凍庫にPaulのパンがあった！ほくほくで食べる朝。珍しくウインナーを焼いてみた。目玉焼きとはベストフレンド。朝ごはんっぽい！葉物野菜がとにかく高いので、最近はピーマンと茄子がメイン野菜担当に。梅雨みたいな時期も抜けたから、値段が戻ればいいなあ。昨日は敷パッドを洗って冬面に裏返したり、薄い毛布を出したりした。いきなり冷える夜で、ナイス判断だった。犬のお腹も緩くなってるよ。 #青空ごはん部　#朝ごはん　#自炊班
