Someone has suggesting showing the lane behind my house with snow so here it is. Snow is rare on my bit of the North Wales coast so I don’t have lots of pics to choose from but it’s beautiful when it happens, particularly when combined with fog like this. Snow days are very exciting here ⛄️😍 #snow

When I returned, a lady I had been talking with, asked what military force I was in. I said ARMY. I didn't want to say the seasick guy was a seasoned sailor. I got sick whale watching on a wide boat that could ferry cars. It's not even the bounce of the waves, it's the dizziness cause by focus lost

The heat pump never stopped here last year. It cost more for electricity for this smaller house, than my 5 bedroom city home did. I'm replacing doors, and windows as time and money allow. I've considered a wind turbine to offset some power.

they will take all you have at recycle . I push the limit. 6 bag fit in three garbage cans, but only one big item. I go over that amount, but stay until collection to be sure nothing left at the curb for two weeks. And, I brought them to the curb, but the garbage guy can't lift them. I help him

on the stairs. Sometimes, but not always, I can go to a room with floodlights and stabilize before I throw up. Other times, I run for a bucket, although nothing is in my stomach, it's mostly dry heaves and air bubbles. But, of course, unpleasant. I waited a year for ENT appt, it's this month.

Dark is my enemy. If I get up for a pee in the dark and have no light, I will fall (have in the past) as I cannot tell what is up or down, like a SCUBA diver feeling for bubbles to know which way the surface is. I have specail lighting installed, and carry my torch always, with motion sensor lights

It's not meds that cause it. I've been mis-diagnosed over it. I started getting seasick 20 years into a Navy Career. Never sick a day before, and out in record storms that broke the ship up badly. Then food sensitivities, sudden fear of heights. (not really scared, dizzy and then scared)

While laying in bed, I mentally loaded the van and I could be right back home, but I have to get garbage bags, and containers for sharp objects, I wish I could dump tires on rims. I have a van-load from each vehicle, I have to bring them here

I'm always suspicious of residual sedation effects of my pills. I had a dizzy spell at midnight, so I stayed up an hour, until it passed. But, I went to bed again, and slept soundly, but got up to call my Mom. Same time every morning I call, but I dialed someone else! That's the pills. They linger

Garbage day is tomorrow. It might have been better to rent a bin but lots to pickup and bring out here. I brought the pool out, to throw away. It had to be taken out but I have no use for it. I've been trying to give away two pools all week. They dropped in price in Fall, so I ordered a new one
