And just to add to this: It doesn't always mean OMG SOMETHING IS WRONG. I felt a lump that had been itching and hurting on and off for a few months around this time. Just a lymph node. Everything looked fine. It's also resolved w time (I think--it's a little cyclical).

The whole "do not flush trash" warning on airplane toilets STRESSED ME OUT. For the longest time. Like, a tiny stiff push lid on the trash chute seemed vilely inappropriate for soiled toilet paper. But... okay? I've finally (hopefully) figured out what it actually means.
