Wild strawberry #garden is overflowing this year with wild strawberry blooms. They are tiny flavor bombs but beyond delicate. Can not even be stacked. Was crossed with european strains to create modern day fruit.

Backyard year two. Start with this one Red cornflower. These are reseeds from last year. Only had a few viables. This year they are everywhere. Medicinal uses are for eye infections. Highly astringent. Flowers are edible garnsishes. Were used to add color to dishes. Typically blue.

People rag on medicine and prescriptions and whatever for mental health but I was starting to feel myself having an anxiety attack and it wasn’t going away so I took a medicine for it and then suddenly I didn’t feel it anymore. Like that’s genuinely amazing to me. I can take this and the dread stops
