The incredible thing about the session is I primed it like a powder keg soaked in nitroglycerine to go wrong and erupt in violence, But the player actually had a bachelor's in psychology. So two of my NPCs got literal therapy for free!

You should try it in a campaign, it's amazing, especially if it's a royal family which is dysfunctional as fuck! I am literally DMing a campaign with someone who is pirate royalty, and one whole session had to be dedicated to the PC's parents' couples' therapy!

Literally, in the Cyberpunk 2077 DLC, we have a character who is going through body-horror levels of cybernetic implants, at the behest of her handler. All those implants do is help her be better at her job.

Well, not really. An example given would be in Cyberpunk 2077 is that at the Hotel all the staff have gold skin augmentations. It could easily be implied that they need that to have the job at all, meaning that you can modify your body, but it has to be what your employers wants.

Not only does the action not detract from the horror, it complements it nicely. It breaks the tension and gives you incredible catharsis, yes, however! When you return to playing as Grace, you feel all the more ill-equipped, ill at ease, and vulnerable. The action makes the horror even better!

One of the most annoying things in discussions of weaponry is the idea of "best" anything. Best sword, best gun, best polearm, whatever. There simply is no best. There isn't even really "good" outside of like, obvious mechanical failure. Every weapon is an answer to a question you might not ask.
