![The image is divided into two sections. The top half consists of a meme-like format with four frames showing a man with a reddish-brown beard, wearing a suit and sitting against a plain background. Each frame has a caption. In the first frame, the man looks to the side with a concerned expression; the caption reads, "[Director] Um, are you, are you okay?". The second frame captures the man speaking, captioned, "I run a website that hosts popularity contests." In the third frame, the man appears contemplative, accompanied by the caption, "where if you lose, you die." The last frame shows the man with a neutral expression, captioned, "Would you be doing all right?" The bottom half contains a tweet from Gravel Institute, criticizing the role of GoFundMe in medical expenses, stating that 1 in 3 campaigns are for medical bills.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:5lq5hzvzkkzznmgvadbpuzd4/bafkreifn5vdcs7xgwitu7qxcxujvcngxtgaz3q2devg5yjhatqlp5guphu)
