I generally try not to point and gawk too much at pro se litigants, for a variety of reasons, but this trial court's explanation of the Rule of Civil Procedure governing the computation of time is as firm and patient as a court can get before taking harsher action.
For absolute clarity, and because of Sacks’ repeated insistence that there has
been a default here, the Court sets out a calendar below. The date is stated in bold.
The parenthetical after the date shows the count of that day since service of the
Complaint. It starts on Wednesday July 8 because the 21-day period does not include
the date of service of the Complaint per Minn. R. Civ. P. 6(a)(1)(A):
Sun.
Mon.
Tue.
Wed.
Thur.

As shown in the calendar above, Defendant needed to answer or move on or before
the 21st day to avoid being found in default. On July 28, 2026, the 21st day, Defendant
filed a Notice of Appearance, a Notice of Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Dismiss,
a memorandum in support of the Motion, a Declaration of Timothy J. Pramas along
with exhibits in support of that motion, a proposed order granting the relief request,
and two proofs of service for all documents just mentioned.32 The documents were
received in the court filing system between 12:24 p.m. on July 28 and 2:24 p.m. on
July 28, as shown in the file stamp on the top-right corner of each page of each
document.

Nearly half of LA's $300,000 earners held officer or detective titles, and among the Police Officer IIs in that group, average overtime topped regular pay.

Great moments in Scottish engineering history: James Watt tries to work out how his phone attaches to his selfie stick.
Statue of James Watt. In his right hand he holds a telescopic stick with a frame at the top; in his left he holds a flat object about the size of a large smartphone. He is scowling at the possibly-not-a-smartphone as if he is tempted to yeet it into the sea. On that basis, it probably _is_ a phone.
