If they were disabled by Musk to benefit Russia, that is giving aid to the enemy & whoever did this committed treason article III section 3 US Constitution. Start congressional hearings. At 16, Corion Evans jumped into the Pascagoula River after a car carrying three teenage girls plunged into the water. He rescued all three, then swam back out to save a police officer who was also struggling. In one night, he helped save four lives.
